Sound Healing
Himalayan Singing Bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rain sticks, and other sound healing items are part of the Sound Healing offered at The BETH YOUNG Center.
A Singing Bowl session is a powerful tool to clear, release, heal, and ground the client. Beth also uses sound healing to support and expand the healing process when using other modalities, such as Reiki and RET. Private sessions, small group sessions, and large group sessions are available.
During a session, you will be lying prone with bowls placed around you in sacred patterns to maximize the harmonics of the sound. The various objects; bowls, chimes, etc. are used specifically to help clear any negative energy, heal your particular issue, and ground you in a new higher Vibrational Frequency. It is suggested that you commit to three sessions that will allow the layers of your issues to peel away, kind of like peeling the layers of an onion.

Often called Tibetan Singing Bowls, the bowls actually come from various areas of the Himalayas, including Nepal and Bhutan, thus Beth refers to the bowls as Himalyan Singing Bowls. The bowls can be struck and/or “sung” to create various types of sound to facilitate healing. Because they are made of seven sacred metals, shaped by hand, and attuned to healing through chanting, the bowls create a sacred sound that communicates directly to the human body at a cellular level.
Literally communicating through vibration to the water held in each cell of the body, your whole body becomes your ally in the healing process. You allow the healing through your focus and intention, Beth guides you through the process and assists with the sacred instruments. It’s a lovely process. My intention is to help you help yourself.
