Rapid Eye Technology (RET)  is incredibly effective in releasing underlying emotional issues. It facilitates that release through a safe, natural process of emotional discharge that seems to simulate REM sleep while the client remains awake.

There is even a Immediate Release Technology, very similar to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping) that is taught in the first session, so that the client can self-treat between sessions.

RET addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

I don’t counsel or diagnose, I simply do a process of directing the movement of the client’s eyes with verbal input to release trauma.

Have you ever noticed how you process emotions through your eyes? Joseph Tecce of Boston College, a neuropsychologist and expert on blinking, states that, “The more uncomfortable or unpleasant the situation the more often we blink.” As we blink we are recording our perception of trauma, negativity, etc, into every cell in our bodies. Blink is the key to unlocking that trauma and allow it to be released.

Though eight sessions is the norm, Beth will intuitively assist you in choosing the best course of action. During your sessions, each of which last about 60-75 minutes, you will release Birth Trauma, Childhood Issues, Generational Issues, and any other underlying emotional issues that are holding you back from living life to it’s fullest.
