Using EFT to alleviate stress

Use a simple "tapping" technique to alleviate stress of any kind.

We have so many tools at our disposal and EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping is a powerful tool. Trauma and other emotional issues are held deeply within every cell of the human body. EFT uses gentle tapping on the body’s meridian endpoints to create new emotional set points.

EFT allows the cells to release the trauma, without losing memory. The traumas or underlying emotional issues are free to leave the body.

The method developed by Dr. Roger Callahan and further developed and taught by Dr. Gary Craig, is credited with helping thousands of people with issues varying from Depression, Addictions, Phobias, and Physical Pain.

Easy to use, EFT often takes only minutes to alleviate problems that have existed for years. Why keep suffering when relief is at hand?

EFT is also very effective for children. We use easy-to-remember acupressure points that children will be able to tap on as frequently as they need to, to alleviate: fear of the dark, bad dreams, abuse, bullies, new situations, test anxiety, performance anxiety, sports anxiety, classroom expectations, to get rid of pain, to learn to “like” certain foods, to stop any type of physical or emotional discomfort that they have. Our watchwords are to “try it on everything.”

Beth has EFT Advanced certification. She was trained in Emotional Freedom Technique as taught by Dr. Gary Craig, the foremost practitioner in the field.  This classic training method allows the practitioner to apply EFT for each client in a systematic, yet malleable way. Using proven techniques and algorithms, yet relying on intuition to best understand the needs of the client, Beth is able to guide them to release trauma and stress and achieve balance.

RET will allow you to lighten up and reclaim your Wholeness.

“Beth helped me get through my extreme stage fright using just one session of EFT. I was able to enjoy the process of auditioning for a play and when I didn’t get the part that I’d tried out for, I wasn’t devastated like I would’ve normally been. I just rolled with it and started preparing for the next audition.” Ken W.   Utah
