I believe that we were put on this planet to thrive, not just survive. I have had constant requests to share what I’ve done to change my own energetic vibrational frequency and I’m always glad to share. I’m thrilled when other people want to give Energy healing a try. That is what this series of ECT e-Sessions is all about. Though I live and work in the Salt Lake City area, through eSessions you can follow along with what I do here.
If you’re like me you’re willing to invest time and effort to overcome painful mindsets that are no longer serving your highest good. But most of us haven’t learned what to do instead of suffer, so we plod along hoping to be rewarded “as soon as…” or maybe “in the next life”. That kind of gut-level discouragement and dissatifaction eats at us and wastes our lives. Well, my friend, if you’re ready to pull yourself up by your bootstraps, you’ve come to the right place.

As a Master Energy Therapist and the creator of Energy Clearing Therapies™, I’m excited to share my journey with you because, “After all you’ve been through, it’s time to get better.” It’s my hope that these ECT e-Sessions bring you life-changing experiences. The methods used in them have worked for me and I no longer have “bad” days, “bad moments” from time to time, but no “bad” days.
Understanding that you are nothing but Vibration…Really.
Everything has a vibration. Every rock, plant, animal and person on the planet vibrate at specific frequencies. Vibrational Frequency (VF) is what makes one rose pink and another one yellow. VF is what makes your hair brown and someone else’s red. VF is what makes a diamond hard and sandstone soft. We all have a VF and it changes all of the time. When we are tired, full of toxins, triggered to negative emotions, etc. we actually FEEL heavy, dark, and low energy. Bummer. When we are rested, detoxed, surrounded by a beautiful environment and enjoy supportive relationships we FEEL light-hearted, hopeful, and positive. Better!
The highs and lows we experience are accurate indicators of our Vibrational Frequency. When we start paying attention to them and choosing to live in a Higher Vibration we can change our lives. It’s a process, so allow it to unfold the way it needs to for you. Set your own pace. Do the ECT therapy exercises that resonate with you and don’t worry about the others. You’ll get to them later when it’s appropriate for you to. Most of all, do what it takes to keep going with ECT. If that means slowing down to a realistic pace for you and your life, do it. Just keep going, you’ll be glad you did.
So, What Exactly Will We Be Doing?
I use several time-tested healing modalities to do what I do:
a.. EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as Tapping.
b.. RET- Rapid Eye Technology Release old emotional “gunk”and replace it with high vibrational energy.
c.. Reiki- a Japanese natural healing method that frees blocked energy and allows it to flow properly.
d.. Oils- the highest vibrational frequency in plants and it’s here for us to use.
g. Sound Healing using Himalayan Singing Bowls. This ancient form of healing therapy is rejuvenating and relaxing.
e.. Theta Healing- deep REM sleep processing, but while you’re awake.
f.. Chakra Clearing and Balancing do you remember what it feels like to be balanced?
h.. Affirmations Wait until you get a load of MY way of doing them!
i.. Yoga I heartily recommend the simple Stikk™ method that Nicole Hamory has developed.
First, we’re going to explore what’s been going “wrong” in your life to keep you in a low Vibrational Frequency (VF). Then we’ll know exactly which modalities to use to create changes that will get you where you want to go. How cool is that? It’s not that hard, really, but it’s the foundation that you’ll be building upon so don’t skip doing it. Please have a notebook to use exclusively for this project and record your responses during ECT Notebook Time each session.
Second, if you came to my practice for a live session, I would find out the answers to the following questions. So, please, get your ECT notebook and keep track of these things as we work together.
ECT Notebook Time: Answer the following questions and record them in your ECT notebook.
1.. What painfull issues are going on in your life that made you sign up for these e-Sessions?
2.. Is the pain physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual? Or like most of us, a combination? Be as specific as possible.
3.. How is it affecting your relationships? Your health? Your money?
4.. Are you ready to release the underlying emotional issues that are causing the pain? (If not call me for a phone session of EFT and we can release whatever is keeping you stuck. 1-801-557-6709)
5.. To have some accountability, I’d love for you to create a contract with me agreeing to do the exercises in these 8 e-Sessions. Since these are free e-Sessions, it’s not required.
Third, Let’s do some preliminary work to start moving your body’s energy systems and patterns. This will help you give yourself permission to release the heavy, dark painful feelings you’re experiencing and create some space for healing to take place.
1.. Start detoxing your body by detoxing your liver. Use one drop each of Lemon oil and Peppermint oil in a glass of filtered water each morning. You can add the juice from half a lemon, too, if you’d like.
2.. Gather uplifting books and keep them in a logical location where you can sit and read as part of your routine. Keep them there! Use your ECT notebook to record inspiration and insights that you receive.
Some of my favorites: scriptures, Bhagavad Gita, Simple Abundance by Sarah Ban Breathnach, Remembering Wholeness by Carol Tuttle, The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield, anything by Deepak Chopra, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Byron Katie Mitchell, and the fabulous Caroline Myss.
Create your own list of favorites. A chapter or so each day will add up to a lot of reading and will fill you up rather than deplete you. If you must, try audiobooks while doing other activities. The important thing is to clear your day of toxic messages such as constant news updates, talk radio that upsets you or makes you afraid, and too much time with electronics.
These may feel like ambitious assignments for the first week. They are intended to help lay down a solid foundation for the rest of the work that will be coming. Do your best! Incorporate these things to get your days jump-started. Some activities take just a few seconds to complete, others may take several minutes. Many of the activities that I’ll have you do can be worked into your day as needed.
Be consistent. Your energy will begin to flow properly and you’ll notice the difference. Let me know what you notice.
